Can be taken in any order as long as all ten weekends are complete.
Beekeeping / Vibration – Additional Weekend

A Yoga Teacher training manual will be provided. Additional books to have will be recommended to have and available to purchase but they are not recommended as training materials will be provided. Plant based diet lunch and snacks are provided, available to participants attending the Weeklong Yoga Teacher Training Level I. After completion of each YTT – module a certificate is issued. Upon completion of all ten modules a 200-Hour Certification Certificate will be issued, which allows the participant to be part of Yoga Alliance Registry.

Curriculum for weekends 101, 102, 103, history, philosophy, teaching methodology, asanas (techniques, benefits and contraindications), sequencing, practicum anatomy and physiology as applied Yoga, chair yoga, relaxation and meditation.

Main Lectures:

  • The 5 Branches of Yoga/Different Styles of Hatha-Yoga
  • Pranayama and Breath
  • Karma and Dharma
  • Chakras, Mantras, and Sounds
  • Raja-Yoga/8 Limbs of Patanjali
  • Jnana-Yoga – Yoga of Knowledge

Students will learn the fundamentals of physical and energetic anatomy and relationship to Yoga.

  • Skeletal and Muscular systems
  • Nervous, digestive, respiratory and endocrine systems
  • Mental and physical wellness
  • Natural wellness and nutrition

This YTT module includes “Teacher Training Manual”, Jnana-Yoga Philosophy booklet and daily plant based or vegetarian lunch as well as snacks are provided. Teaching is an art as well as a science which Teacher brings individuality to.

Main lectures for weekends 106, 107, 108

Curriculum includes: asanas, pranayama relaxation, meditation, anatomy, practicum, lifestyle, refining techniques, mudras, bandhas, and kriyas, advanced pranayama.

  1. Jnana-Yoga Chitta Vritis and Samskaras
  2. Bhagavad-Gita
  3. Nada Yoga
  4. Yoga Nidra
  5. Mudras

Throughout the 200 training weekends each participant will have opportunity to guide practice classes with constructive critique by the teacher and peers. By the end of the course members will have the skills needed to teach Yoga and Current Teachers will have more information and techniques to an improved effectiveness of practice and profession. The 200 Hour program consists of direct contact hours with teachers and directed home study with homework such as lesson plan creation, guided practice, research on meditation/mindfulness.

Weekend 104 Curriculum

Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, Raja-Yoga (Philosophy) asanas, pranayama, meditation methodology, relaxation, chair Yoga, anatomy (muscles and bones), yoga lifestyle, teaching practice and home study.

Weekend 105 Curriculum
Bhagava Gita, Karma Yoga (Philosophy) bandas, asanas, pranayama, meditation, relaxation, anatomy, Yoga obstacles, teaching practive and home study.

Weekend 109 Curriculum
Upanishads, Bhakti-Yoga, bandhas, anatomy, asanas, pranayama, meditation, relaxation, yoga lifestyle, teaching practice and home study.

Weekend 110 Curriculum
Hatha Yoga Pradipika, philosophy, bandhas, anatomy, asanas, pranayama, mantras, meditation, relaxation, teaching practice and home study.
